Return/Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Legacy Photo Company LLC for your upcoming 360 Photo Booth event. We look forward to providing you with an exceptional experience. Please review our refund policy carefully as it outlines our commitment to ensuring a smooth and fair process for all our clients.

1. Non-Refundable Deposit: To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of $150 is required at the time of reservation. This deposit is necessary to confirm your event date and time and covers administrative and scheduling costs. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Refund Request Timeline:

  • Refunds will be considered only if requested in writing by the client.

  • To be eligible for a refund, requests must be received a minimum of three weeks (21 days) prior to the scheduled event date.

  • Refunds will not be considered for requests made within three weeks of the event
     

3. Refund Eligibility:

  • Clients requesting a refund within the three-week period preceding the event date are not eligible for a refund.

  • Refund requests that adhere to the three-week timeline will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
     

4. Grounds for Refund: Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies, etc.).

  • In the unlikely event that Legacy Photo Company LLC cannot fulfill the booking due to equipment failure or other unforeseen technical issues.

  • Any other circumstances deemed appropriate by Legacy Photo Company LLC on a case-by-case basis.
     

5. Refund Amount:

  • In the case of an approved refund, the amount refunded will be determined by Legacy Photo Company LLC.

  • The non-refundable deposit of $150 will not be included in the refund amount.

  • Any additional costs incurred by Legacy Photo Company LLC in preparing for the event, such as travel expenses or third-party vendor fees, will be deducted from the refund amount.
     

6. How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please send a written request to info@legacyphotocompany.com. Your request should include the following information:

  • Event date and time.

  • Reason for the refund request.

  • Any supporting documentation or evidence.

8. Return Policy for Purchasing: Client has 24 hours after receiving the product to request a return. No returns will be accepted outside of this 24 hour period.
 

By booking our 360 Photo Booth service, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this refund policy. Legacy Photo Company LLC reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.
